Not very happy

I ordered the transfers on July 12 for a family event & was told item would be shipped within 3 days it’s now Aug 5 and still haven’t received them.

Hi Carla, I’m so sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. I understand how disappointing shipping delays can be—especially when you’re preparing for a special family event.

Your order was processed and shipped within the stated timeframe (3–5 business days), and I’ve stayed in close contact with you via text to keep you updated every step of the way. As of now, USPS has confirmed that your package is still in transit with a note that delivery is delayed but on the way.
